توضح هذه السياسة البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها مجتمع كرة القدم، ولماذا نحتاجها، ومع من تُشارك، وما الذي تملكه من تحكم فيها.

1 نطاق هذه السياسة

تشرح هذه السياسة كيفية جمعنا لبياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك تطبيق «مجتمع كرة القدم». تنطبق على جميع مستخدمي التطبيق بمن فيهم اللاعبون ومديرو الفرق والبطولات وأصحاب الملاعب.

2 البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور (مخزّنة بصيغة مشفّرة لا يمكن استرجاعها)، العمر (إلزامي، 13 عامًا فأكثر)، رقم التواصل (اختياري)، والصورة الشخصية إن أضفتها. محتوى الاستخدام: الفرق والبطولات والمباريات والمنشورات والرسائل التي تنشئها. بيانات الدفع: لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات؛ عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني تُعالَج بالكامل عبر «ثواني»، ونحتفظ فقط بسجل الحجز ومبلغه وحالته. بيانات الجهاز والأمان: معرّف الجهاز، رمز الإشعارات (Push Token)، وإشارات أمنية تقنية (مثل توقيع الجهاز) تُستخدم فقط لمنع الاحتيال والإشعارات — لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) إطلاقًا؛ عناوين الملاعب التي تراها هي بيانات نصية أدخلها مالك الملعب.

3 كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك لتشغيل حسابك وعرض النتائج والإحصائيات، ومعالجة الحجوزات والاشتراكات، وإرسال إشعارات تتعلق بمبارياتك وحجوزاتك ورسائلك، وحماية المجتمع عبر رصد الاحتيال والمحتوى المخالف، والاستجابة لطلبات الدعم. لا نستخدم بياناتك لأغراض إعلانية موجّهة، ولا نبيعها لأي طرف ثالث تحت أي ظرف.

4 مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

نشارك بياناتك فقط مع مزودي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق: Apple (لمعالجة المشتريات داخل التطبيق، وتسجيل الدخول عبر Apple، وإرسال الإشعارات)، و«ثواني» (لمعالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية للحجوزات في سلطنة عُمان)، ومزود الاستضافة الذي يشغّل خوادمنا. يخضع كل طرف من هؤلاء لالتزاماته الخاصة بحماية البيانات. لا نشارك بياناتك مع معلنين أو وسطاء بيانات، ولا نبيعها مطلقًا.

5 أمان البيانات

تُنقل جميع البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) مع تثبيت شهادة الخادم (Certificate Pinning) لمنع اعتراض الاتصال حتى على شبكات غير موثوقة. كلمات المرور مخزّنة بصيغة تجزئة (hash) لا يمكن فك تشفيرها من قِبلنا. نطبّق ضوابط وصول صارمة على قاعدة بياناتنا، وسجلّ تدقيق (Audit Log) لكل عملية حساسة.

6 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. عند الحذف، تُزال بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، الصورة، الرسائل الخاصة) من الأنظمة النشطة؛ وقد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة (مثل سجلات المدفوعات والتدقيق الأمني) للمدة التي يفرضها القانون أو لأغراض مكافحة الاحتيال، بمعزل عن هويتك الظاهرة.

7 حقوقك

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها من صفحة حسابك مباشرة، وطلب حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها لأغراض معينة. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، استخدم شاشة «الدعم» داخل التطبيق.

8 خصوصية القُصّر

الحد الأدنى لعمر استخدام التطبيق هو 13 عامًا، ونطبّق هذا الشرط عند التسجيل. لا نجمع عمدًا بيانات من أي شخص دون هذا السن؛ إذا علمنا بوجود حساب لشخص دون 13 عامًا، سنقوم بحذفه.

9 المنتديات والرسائل

المنشورات في المنتديات العامة أو منتديات البطولات مرئية لأعضاء ذلك المنتدى وفق صلاحياته. المحادثات المباشرة تتطلب موافقة الطرف الآخر، وحالة الاتصال (متصل/غير متصل) تظهر للأصدقاء فقط. لا نراقب محتوى الرسائل الخاصة إلا عند التحقيق في بلاغ رسمي.

10 التحويلات الدولية للبيانات

قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم تقع خارج بلد إقامتك (بما في ذلك مزودي الاستضافة والدفع المذكورين أعلاه)، وفي هذه الحالة نتخذ تدابير تعاقدية وتقنية معقولة لحمايتها بما يتوافق مع هذه السياسة.

11 تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة، وسنخطرك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري في كيفية جمعنا لبياناتك أو استخدامها قبل سريانه.

12 التواصل بخصوص الخصوصية

لأي استفسار أو طلب متعلق بخصوصيتك، استخدم شاشة «الدعم» داخل التطبيق، أو راسلنا على [البريد الإلكتروني المخصص لطلبات الخصوصية].

This policy explains what personal information Football Community collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with, and the control you have over it.

1 Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Football Community app. It applies to all users of the App, including players, team and tournament managers, and stadium owners.

2 Information we collect

Account data: name, username, email, password (stored as an irreversible hash), age (required, 13+), contact number (optional), and your avatar if you add one. Usage content: the teams, tournaments, matches, posts, and messages you create. Payment data: we never store card numbers; online payments are processed entirely by Thawani, and we retain only the booking record, its amount, and its status. Device & security data: a device identifier, a push-notification token, and technical security signals (such as a device attestation), used solely for fraud prevention and delivering notifications — we do not collect GPS location data at all; the stadium addresses you see are text entered by the venue owner.

3 How we use your data

We use your data to operate your account, show results and statistics, process bookings and subscriptions, send notifications about your matches, bookings, and messages, protect the community by detecting fraud and violating content, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we never sell it to any third party under any circumstances.

4 Sharing data with third parties

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to run the App: Apple (for in-app purchase processing, Sign in with Apple, and push notifications), Thawani (for processing online booking payments in Oman), and our hosting provider that runs our servers. Each of these is bound by its own data-protection obligations. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and never sell it.

5 Data security

All data between the App and our servers travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with certificate pinning, which prevents interception even on an untrusted network. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash that we ourselves cannot reverse. We apply strict access controls to our database and keep an audit log of every sensitive operation.

6 Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, your personal data (name, avatar, private messages) is removed from active systems; we may retain limited records (such as payment and security-audit logs), decoupled from your visible identity, for as long as the law requires or for fraud-prevention purposes.

7 Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it directly from your account page, request its deletion, and object to its processing for specific purposes. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app Support screen.

8 Children's privacy

The minimum age to use the App is 13, enforced at registration. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.

9 Forums & messaging

Posts in the general forum or in tournament forums are visible to that forum's members according to its permissions. Direct messages require the other person's consent, and online/offline presence is visible to friends only. We do not monitor private message content except when investigating a formal report.

10 International data transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (including the hosting and payment providers named above); where that happens, we apply reasonable contractual and technical safeguards consistent with this policy.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and we will notify you in-app of any material change to how we collect or use your data before it takes effect.
