تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق مجتمع كرة القدم والخدمات التي يقدمها. يُرجى قراءتها قبل إنشاء حساب.

1 من نحن وقبول الشروط

«مجتمع كرة القدم» (يُشار إليه هنا بـ«التطبيق» أو «الخدمة») هو تطبيق لإدارة الفرق وتنظيم البطولات والكؤوس، وحجز الملاعب، والتواصل بين اللاعبين عبر المنتديات والمحادثات المباشرة. باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشائك حسابًا فيه، فأنت تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية المرفقة وتوافق على الالتزام بهما بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند منهما، يتوجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.

2 أهلية الاستخدام والحد الأدنى للعمر

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لإنشاء حساب واستخدام التطبيق؛ هذا الشرط مفعّل تقنيًا عند التسجيل ولا يمكن تجاوزه. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت تقر بأن المعلومات التي تقدمها (الاسم، اسم المستخدم، العمر، البريد الإلكتروني) صحيحة ومحدّثة، وأنك الشخص المخوّل باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المرتبطة بحسابك عند الحجز أو الاشتراك.

3 حساب المستخدم وأمانه

اسم المستخدم فريد ولا يمكن تغييره بعد إنشائه. أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة مرورك وعن أي نشاط يحدث عبر حسابك. إذا لاحظت استخدامًا غير مصرح به لحسابك، يجب إبلاغنا فورًا عبر شاشة «الدعم». يحق لنا تعليق أو حذف أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط، أو يُستخدم بشكل احتيالي، أو يشكّل خطرًا على سلامة المجتمع.

4 الفرق والبطولات والكؤوس

يمكنك إنشاء فرق، والانضمام إلى بطولات أو كؤوس عامة أو خاصة أو بالطلب، وفق نظام الرؤية الذي يحدده منظّم البطولة. مدير البطولة مسؤول عن إعداد قواعد المباريات (المدة، البطاقات، الأشواط الإضافية، ركلات الترجيح) وعن اختيار طاقم العمل (حكام، مشرفون مشاركون) لإدارتها. البطولات الخاصة لا تظهر إلا لصاحبها والمتابعين المعتمدين أو لمن يملك رابط المشاركة. نحن لا نضمن دقة النتائج أو الجداول التي يُدخلها منظمو البطولات، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية أي نزاع بين المستخدمين حول إدارة بطولة معينة.

5 حجز الملاعب والدفع

يمكنك حجز مواعيد في الملاعب المدرجة. تُدفع الحجوزات إلكترونيًا عبر بوابة الدفع «ثواني» التي تدعم البطاقات البنكية وApple Pay والمحافظ الإلكترونية والمسح والدفع. الدفع نقدًا في الملعب غير متاح حاليًا. السعر المعروض وقت تأكيد الحجز هو المبلغ النهائي المستحق وهو شامل لضريبة القيمة المضافة بالنسبة السارية في سلطنة عمان؛ ويوضح إيصالك المبلغ قبل الضريبة ونسبة الضريبة وقيمتها بشكل منفصل، مع رقم فاتورة بعد نجاح الدفع. يخضع قبول الحجز أو رفضه وتحديد سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد لتقدير مالك الملعب ضمن الحدود التي يوفرها التطبيق. لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك؛ تتم معالجة المدفوعات بالكامل عبر خوادم «ثواني» المتوافقة مع معايير أمان صناعة بطاقات الدفع (PCI DSS).

6 الاشتراكات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

بعض ميزات إدارة البطولات والملاعب والعضوية المميزة تتطلب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا يُشترى عبر App Store. تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِها قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية الفترة الحالية، من خلال إعدادات معرّف Apple الخاص بك — لا يمكننا إلغاء اشتراكك نيابة عنك. الفترات التجريبية المجانية، إن وُجدت، تتحول تلقائيًا إلى اشتراك مدفوع عند انتهائها ما لم تُلغَ. الاشتراك مرتبط بحساب Apple واحد؛ نقل اشتراك نشط إلى حساب تطبيق آخر يتطلب تأكيدًا صريحًا منك لأن قواعد Apple لا تسمح لحساب Apple واحد بالاحتفاظ باشتراكين فعّالين من نفس الفئة في آن واحد.

7 المحتوى والسلوك المقبول

يُمنع نشر أي محتوى مسيء أو تحرش أو خطاب كراهية أو تمييز أو محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو احتيال أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق ملكية فكرية لطرف ثالث. تُطبَّق «نقاط مخالفات» على الحسابات المخالفة، وقد يؤدي تراكمها إلى إيقاف مؤقت أو حظر دائم. يحق للمشرفين ومديري البطولات (ضمن منتدياتهم) إزالة أي محتوى مخالف، وإصدار تحذيرات، أو حظر مستخدمين من منتدى بعينه، دون إشعار مسبق في الحالات الجسيمة.

8 الرسائل والتفاعل بين المستخدمين

تتطلب المحادثات المباشرة موافقة الطرف الآخر قبل بدء الدردشة، ولا يمكن لأي مستخدم إجبار آخر على التواصل معه. أنت وحدك مسؤول عن محتوى رسائلك؛ لا نراقب محتوى المحادثات الخاصة إلا عند تلقي بلاغ رسمي يستوجب التحقيق.

9 الملكية الفكرية

يظل التطبيق وشعاره وتصميمه وشيفرته البرمجية ملكًا حصريًا لمالكيه. المحتوى الذي تنشئه (أسماء الفرق، الشعارات، المنشورات، الصور) يبقى ملكك، لكنك تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري لعرضه داخل التطبيق بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة (مثلًا عرض شعار فريقك للاعبين الآخرين).

10 إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات؛ يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية أدناه، مع الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات (مثل سجلات المدفوعات والتدقيق الأمني) للمدة التي يفرضها القانون. يحق لنا إنهاء أو تعليق وصولك إلى الخدمة عند مخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة لهذه الشروط.

11 إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود الالتزام

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بخصوص استمراريته أو خلوّه من الأخطاء. لا نتحمل مسؤولية النزاعات بين مستخدمين، أو دقة بيانات الملاعب المدخلة من أصحابها، أو أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام الخدمة، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.

12 تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر لمواكبة ميزات جديدة أو متطلبات قانونية. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة، وسنخطرك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري قبل سريانه.

13 القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عمان، وتختص محاكم السلطنة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. وإذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى بقية البنود سارية بالكامل.

These terms govern your use of the Football Community app and the services it provides. Please read them before you create an account.

1 Who we are & acceptance of terms

Football Community ("the App", "the Service") helps you manage teams, organize tournaments and cups, book stadiums, and connect with other players through forums and direct messaging. By using the App or creating an account, you confirm you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy below and agree to be bound by both in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

2 Eligibility & minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the App; this is enforced at registration and cannot be bypassed. By using the App you confirm that the information you provide (name, username, age, email) is accurate and current, and that you are authorized to use any payment method linked to your account for bookings or subscriptions.

3 Your account & its security

Your username is unique and cannot be changed once set. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, report it immediately through the in-app Support screen. We may suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or endangers the safety of the community.

4 Teams, tournaments & cups

You may create teams and join public, request, or private tournaments/cups according to the visibility the tournament organizer sets. The tournament manager is responsible for configuring match rules (duration, cards, extra time, penalties) and for choosing staff (referees, co-managers) to run the competition. Private tournaments are visible only to their owner, approved followers, or holders of the share link. We do not guarantee the accuracy of results or standings entered by tournament organizers, and are not responsible for disputes between users over how a given tournament is run.

5 Stadium bookings and payment

You may book time slots at listed stadiums. Bookings are paid online through the Thawani payment gateway, which supports bank cards, Apple Pay, wallet payments and Scan and Pay. Paying at the venue in cash is not currently available. The price shown when you confirm a booking is the final amount due and includes Value Added Tax at the rate in force in Oman; your receipt shows the amount before tax, the tax rate and the tax amount separately, together with an invoice number once payment succeeds. Accepting or rejecting a booking, and setting cancellation and refund terms, is at the stadium owner's discretion within what the App provides. We never store your card details; online payments are processed entirely on Thawani's PCI DSS compliant servers.

6 Subscriptions & in-app purchases

Certain tournament-management, stadium-management, and premium-membership features require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID account settings — we cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf. Free trial periods, where offered, convert automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. A subscription is tied to one Apple ID; moving an active subscription to a different app account requires your explicit confirmation, because Apple's rules do not allow one Apple ID to hold two simultaneous live entitlements in the same category.

7 Content & acceptable conduct

Abusive content, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexual or violent content, fraud, impersonation, or content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights is prohibited. Violating accounts accrue "violation points"; accumulating enough can lead to a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Moderators and tournament managers (within their own forums) may remove violating content, issue warnings, or ban users from a specific forum, without prior notice in serious cases.

8 Messaging & interactions between users

Direct messages require the other person's consent before a conversation can start; no user can force another to communicate with them. You alone are responsible for the content of your messages; we do not monitor private conversation content except when investigating a formal report.

9 Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, design, and underlying source code remain the exclusive property of its owner. Content you create (team names, logos, posts, photos) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App to the extent needed to operate the service (for example, showing your team's logo to other players).

10 Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your personal data in line with the Privacy Policy below, while certain records (such as payment and security-audit logs) may be retained for as long as the law requires. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

11 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for disputes between users, the accuracy of stadium data entered by venue owners, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and we will notify you in-app of any material change before it takes effect.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
